We are a California-based e-commerce store specializing in BMW aftermarket parts and modifications. In addition to our robust online platform, we've expanded our operations to include a state-of-the-art warehouse located at 18102 Sky Park Circle, Suite L, Bldg 52, Irvine, CA 92614. This facility serves as a central hub for order processing and offers specialized in-house installation services. While our online store continues to serve BMW enthusiasts worldwide, our Irvine location adds an exciting new dimension to the services we provide.
Many of our mods are designed for direct bolt-on installation and can be installed at home with basic tools. However, for certain parts like aero kits or performance components, we recommend professional installation for best results. Each product page includes install difficulty and notes. Once you have received your order from the delivery date, you will have up to 30 days from that period to return the product. We will inspect the product to make sure there are no damages or other defects. All returns for refunds will incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer pays for return shipping, and store credit will be issued minus the shipping charge for the return label. All products approved for return are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund. There is no return, refund, or exchange for any parts that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed. Returns are not eligible for custom products such as: steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay products, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hoods, rear trunks, engine covers, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, etc. Custom products will be identified by the absence of a quantity counter on the product page. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a video and photo of the situation, if applicable, to speed up the process.

Absolutely. All of our products go through quality control checks and are either TUV-certified, ISO-certified, or tested by our in-house team and verified installers. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t put on our own cars.

Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship from our Irvine, CA warehouse within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by country. Each product page includes real-time shipping estimates based on your location. Certain made to order products will take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, including production time.
If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
We begin processing orders as soon as they're placed. If you need to cancel the order or change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. However, we can't guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
