Hand-Laid Carbon Fiber Construction
Every cap is built using a hand-laid process — carbon fiber sheets are individually placed into the mold to control fiber orientation and eliminate air pockets. This method produces a structurally consistent component with the authentic 2x2 twill weave pattern visible through the clear coat. Machine-pressed or chopped fiber alternatives cannot replicate this level of weave definition or structural uniformity. The hand-laid process takes more time but delivers a product that BMW and Audi enthusiasts can immediately distinguish from lower-grade carbon imitations.
