Hand-Laid Carbon Fiber Construction
Every KB Style Rear Diffuser is hand-laid using 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber — not pressed or machine-formed. The hand-lay process allows each layer to be oriented precisely, eliminating the dry spots, voids, and weak zones common in mass-produced carbon panels. The result is a structural panel with consistent density, reliable rigidity, and a weave pattern that reads cleanly edge to edge. Before finishing, each panel is inspected for surface bubbles, delamination, and weave consistency. Only panels that meet Bimmer Plug's visual and structural standards are cleared for coating and shipment.
