Every PSM Style High Kick Spoiler is produced from genuine 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber with strict quality control over weave pattern consistency and surface flatness. The carbon layers are precision laid and vacuum infused to eliminate voids, delamination, and uneven resin distribution, common failure points in lower grade carbon components. The finished surface is inspected under direct lighting to confirm weave alignment is consistent across the full spoiler profile. Only units that meet exhibition grade standards ship to customers. This is real carbon fiber with real structural integrity, not a painted ABS replica attempting to mimic the look.
