Hand-Laid Carbon Fiber Construction
Every cap is built using a hand laid process, carbon fiber sheets are individually placed into the mold to control fiber orientation and eliminate air pockets. This method produces a structurally consistent component with the authentic 2x2 twill weave pattern visible through the clear coat. Machine pressed or chopped fiber alternatives cannot replicate this level of weave definition or structural uniformity. The hand laid process takes more time but delivers a product that BMW and Audi enthusiasts can immediately distinguish from lower grade carbon imitations.
