Every boot shell is produced using authentic 2x2 twill-weave carbon fiber — not a vinyl wrap, a printed film, or a carbon-look laminate. The fiber layers are laid under controlled compression, ensuring uniform density across every panel. The result is a part with consistent gloss depth, correct fiber directionality, and the structural characteristics of real carbon fiber. A UV-protective high-gloss clear coat is applied to protect the surface from discoloration and minor wear.
