Ensure your BMW's exhaust is completely cool before starting. Never handle a hot exhaust system.

Wipe the exposed exhaust pipe tip with a clean microfiber cloth to remove soot, grease, and debris for proper clamp seating.

Using a 10mm wrench or socket, loosen the clamp bolt until the tip opening is wide enough to slide over your exhaust pipe.

Slide the carbon fiber tip onto your exhaust pipe to your preferred depth. Align it centered and level with your rear bumper cutout.

Tighten the clamp bolt firmly — snug and secure, not overtightened. Tug the tip to confirm no movement.

Step back and verify alignment from the rear. Start the engine and confirm no rattle at idle or under rev.
