Aerospace-Grade Carbon Fiber Layup
Each MP Style H Exhaust Tip begins as raw 2x2 twill-weave carbon fiber cloth, hand-laid into precision molds to ensure consistent thickness and weave alignment across the entire surface. The layup process eliminates voids and surface inconsistencies that compromise lesser carbon products. Once cured, each tip is inspected for weave alignment, surface uniformity, and dimensional accuracy before proceeding to finishing.
