Wipe the headlight housing and surrounding area with an isopropyl alcohol prep wipe. Dry with a clean microfiber cloth. This ensures proper adhesion and a contamination-free mount surface.

Hold the carbon fiber eyelid trim over the headlight housing without fastening. Confirm alignment with factory mounting points on both driver and passenger sides before committing.

Line up the pre-drilled holes on the eyelid trim with the corresponding factory attachment points on the F90 M5 headlight surround.

Insert and tighten the included mounting hardware. Do not overtighten — snug and flush is the target. Use a Phillips screwdriver.

Press along all edges to confirm the trim sits flush with no gaps or movement. Check from directly in front of the car to confirm symmetry.

Install the second eyelid trim on the opposite side following the same process. Step back and confirm both sides are aligned and consistent.
