With the vehicle on the ground, break the torque on each lug bolt slightly using a breaker bar before jacking up.

Raise the vehicle using a floor jack at BMW's designated jack points. Secure on jack stands — never work under a vehicle on a jack alone.

Remove lug bolts fully and pull wheel clear. Set aside on a clean surface.

Use a wire brush or clean cloth to remove any rust, debris, or corrosion from the hub face and wheel bore. A clean mating surface is critical for concentricity.

Slide the wheel spacer onto the hub. Hand-thread the OEM lug bolts through the spacer's pass-through holes into the hub.

Torque OEM lug bolts in a star pattern to BMW specification — typically 120 Nm. Confirm with your model's torque spec.

Mount your wheel onto the spacer using the included grade 10.9 extended lug bolts. Hand-thread all bolts before applying torque.

Torque extended lug bolts in a star pattern to BMW specification. Confirm full thread engagement — extended bolts must have adequate engagement depth.

Lower the vehicle onto the ground and perform a final torque pass on all wheel lug bolts with full vehicle weight applied.

After your first 50 miles of driving, re-check and re-torque all lug bolts. This is a standard and critical step for any wheel hardware installation.
